   There should be no parole, If the court sentences you to 10 years in prison you should serve 10 years

   Then take all the money that is spent on the parole dept. & use it for Law enforcement & prisons

   Many years ago, the great American writer, H.L. Mencken wrote :”Capital punishment has probably been responsible for a good deal of human progress. The overwhelming majority of those executed were of the sort whose departure for bliss eternal improved the average intelligence and decency of the race, and, more importantly, they never killed again.”
